Functional Administrator

As a functional administrator, you are responsible for the functional management and optimization of various services and products. You are experienced in setting up, configuring, and realizing solutions for optimal software deployment. Together with the team, you provide substantive, process-oriented, and procedural IT solutions and work on future-oriented solutions, including product lifecycle management. You help raise the knowledge level of agile working and improve and secure product quality.

• You handle incoming incidents, questions, and requests.
• You analyze frequently occurring problems in collaboration with other IT management teams.
• You translate organizational needs into functional and technical solutions within the portfolio.
• You ensure alignment between services and operations through knowledge of processes and working methods.
• You create agile/SAFe process solutions and capacity management solutions within the product portfolio and integrate them with other systems and tools.
• You make concrete improvement proposals, configure, and implement improvements through releases.
• You ensure a test plan prior to releases and coordinate user acceptance tests (UAT).
• You manage the lifecycle of applications and contribute to digital resilience through adequate software releases.
• You work closely with technical application administrators and other IT management teams.
• You participate in key user meetings, identify training needs, and provide appropriate usage information.
• You ensure that all documentation and CMDB for products within the portfolio are always in order.
• You maintain contacts with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

What they ask

• HBO diploma or MBO 4 diploma with HBO working and thinking level (demonstrable via assessment), preferably in ICT, engineering, or (technical) business administration.
• A minimum of three years of demonstrable experience as a functional administrator or similar role, with knowledge of application and/or service management.
• Knowledge and experience in handling incidents, managing, testing, and implementing software, and software lifecycle management.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in managing and configuring Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge and experience in documenting, recording, and maintaining documentation.
• Knowledge and experience in agile working / BISL and ITIL.
• Experience in performing user acceptance tests (UAT) and supporting key users.
• Knowledge of AVG legislation and DPIA.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity (certification is a plus) and experience in digitally securing products and/or services.
• Knowledge and experience with Fortes Change Cloud, TOPdesk, or Archie CRM is a plus, or willingness to acquire this knowledge.
• Knowledge and experience in an agile SAFe working environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI applications and cloud solutions is a plus.

• In possession of a B driving license.
