Representative roofing and facade works

A growing family business is looking for a representative for roofing and facade works in the region. You will advise clients on their renovation plans and follow up on their requests until a clear agreement and a smooth handover to project management. Collaboration is possible on a self-employed basis or as an employee.

What you will do.

• You will contact the leads provided and schedule your client appointments yourself.
• You will visit clients, listen to their wishes, and gather the necessary information about their roofing or facade project.
• You will advise on suitable solutions, in consultation with technical colleagues.
• You will prepare quotes for roofing and facade works yourself, explain them to clients, and actively follow up until the sale.
• You will carefully register appointments and client information and keep your sales files up to date.
• You will fully and clearly transfer sold dossiers to project management.
• You will maintain client contact and coordinate the progress of your sales dossiers with the team.

What they ask

• More than 5 years of relevant sales experience. Experience in roofing and facade works or the construction and renovation sector is a plus.
• Ability to work independently: planning appointments, monitoring follow-up, and taking responsibility for sales dossiers.
• Listening to clients, providing clear advice, and combining commercial drive with a correct, client-oriented approach.
• Fluent communication in Dutch. Knowledge of French is a plus.
• Technical affinity with roofing and facade works and willingness to further build product knowledge.
• Proficient with digital applications and open to modern AI tools to support quotes, client communication, and sales follow-up. Willingness to learn new tools and critically check results. AI experience is a plus; eagerness to learn is more important.
• Mobile in the region and possessing a B driving license.
• Experience and commercial skills are more important than a specific diploma.
