The Facilities and Housing team, consisting of approximately 12 employees, is responsible for various facility services, including mobility. A large part of the activities is carried out by external suppliers.
What you will do. As a Fleet Contract Manager, you are responsible for the contract and supplier management of the organization's fleet, consisting of approximately 160 lease vehicles. You are the point of contact for everything related to mobility and fleet management, ensuring that contractual agreements are met, service levels are maintained, and processes are continuously improved.
- Close collaboration with the mobility advisor for the implementation of mobility policy and the further professionalization of fleet management.
- Contribute to future-proof mobility within the organization.
- Maintain contacts with suppliers, monitor contract performance and service levels.
- Analyze mobility data and translate it into concrete improvements.
- Manage company vehicles, shared cars, and charging facilities.
- Ensure efficient organization of processes related to the use and management of the fleet.
- Seamlessly switch between suppliers, colleagues, and other stakeholders, maintaining control over operational issues.
- Potentially, in the long term, apply your expertise in contract management more broadly within other facility contracts of the organization.
Profile
- Experienced fleet manager with knowledge of contract and supplier management.
- Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, and able to maintain an overview in a dynamic environment.
- Easily builds sustainable relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, but also dares to address them when agreements are not met or performance lags.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive attitude, identifies opportunities to improve processes and working methods, and takes initiative.

- Gross monthly salary of up to € 5,199 (scale 9).
