What you do
- You work independently at clients' homes and truly make a difference in their familiar environment.
- You will work as a care assistant within the flexible agency (Care Assistant, Helper, Helper Plus, or Certified Caregiver).
- You work independently but are always part of a committed team.
- You choose flexible working hours, with possibilities for shorter shifts and (where possible) working during school hours.
- You work with an annual or quarterly hour system, tailored to your life.

- You work in healthcare or are following a healthcare-related education.
- You are in possession of your own means of transport.

Practical aspects.
- Salary in accordance with the VVT Collective Labor Agreement, depending on function and experience.
- Holiday allowance of 8% and an end-of-year bonus of 8.33%.
- Working with different target groups within one organization.

- A contract based on the annual hour system, with hours in consultation.
- Enthusiastic and expert colleagues focused on collaboration.
- A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and screening are part of the procedure.
