What you do

Coordinate preventive, proactive, and curative maintenance of buildings.
Inventory buildings and installations and keep technical files up-to-date.
Monitor energy and water consumption.
Guide sustainable construction, renovation, and maintenance projects from design to delivery.
Manage external partners (architects, contractors, engineering firms).
Work closely with the technical service coordinator.
Monitor planning, budget, and quality of ongoing projects.
Efficiently follow up on legal obligations.
Prepare and follow up on public procurement dossiers.
Provide technical advice to management and internal services.
Act as a point of contact for building managers.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field.
Relevant experience is a plus.
Affinity with building management, project follow-up, and technology is a must.
Work systematically and maintain an overview of various dossiers.
Strong communication skills and smooth collaboration with internal and external partners.
Solution-oriented and takes initiative.
Able to work well independently and in a team.
Eye for quality, safety, and regulations.
Strong organizational skills and sufficient administrative abilities.
Behavior consistent with the requirements of the position (extract from criminal record).
