HR Consultant

You are a visible and contact-oriented HR consultant who gains energy from supporting people. You work in-house at a food company and are the connecting link between flexible employees, managers, and HR processes. You ensure that employees feel seen, heard, and helped, from a warm welcome to contributing to personnel issues. The role is varied and combines human contact, organization, and responsibility. You will have room for personal development and growth opportunities within the HR field.

What you will do.

• Be the fixed point of contact for flexible employees and guide them throughout their employment.
• Ensure thorough onboarding and support employees with questions about their work, development, and employability.
• Draft contracts, process mutations, and maintain accurate HR administration.
• Daily liaison with managers regarding staffing, planning, and HR-related issues.
• Conduct discussions about well-being, engagement, and development, and encourage employees.
• Identify opportunities for improvement within HR processes and translate them into concrete actions.

What they ask

• MBO 4 or HBO level of thinking and working, preferably in HRM or a comparable field.
• Experience with onboarding, contract management, or personnel administration is a plus.
• Good oral and written communication skills in Dutch.
• In possession of a B driving license and own transport.
• Proactive and structured work attitude, taking responsibility, and maintaining an overview even during busy periods.
