- Manage your own client portfolio and work on diverse ICT issues.

- Be the trusted face for the clients of an IT service provider.
- Approximately 80% of your time will be spent on-site with clients and 20% in the office.
- You will be responsible for a fixed group of clients and handle varied tickets.
What you will do.
- Manage and support clients as a technical point of contact.
- Install and manage servers, Microsoft 365 environments, networks, Wi-Fi solutions, and firewalls.
- Execute projects, such as migrations from on-premise environments to the cloud.
- Support software implementations, certificates, licenses, and VoIP solutions.
Profile
- You take responsibility, communicate easily with users, and are proactive.
- You work independently but seek out colleagues for consultation and knowledge sharing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT management or IT infrastructure.
- Preferred experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and preferably knowledge of Azure.
- Experience with workstation management, servers, networks, and IT support.
- Good command of the Dutch language.
