You will have the opportunity to enable teams to collaborate optimally within an Agile mindset and methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. This is a varied role within a university learning environment that is constantly evolving.
What you do
- Guide teams and Product Owners on their journey to an agile mindset, using both Scrum and Kanban.
- Help resolve impediments and propose solutions when team progress stagnates.
- Devise and organize team-building activities.
- Implement agile working methods for management teams facing challenges with self-organization, shared ownership, and rapid decision-making.
- You will work for IT teams focused on networking and workspace solutions.
Profile
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level.
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable experience in coaching agile teams in a changing environment.
- Possess one or more of the following certificates, or be able to obtain them within one year: PSMII, Flow Visualization Fundamentals, Flow Metrics Fundamentals.
- Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus.
- Independent, analytical, people-oriented, and persistent.
- Pragmatic, energetic, and persevering.
- Good coaching skills and able to make different personalities collaborate optimally.
- Working language: Dutch.
- The organization expects employees to meet the language level appropriate for the position; for this role, this means CEFR level C1 English and at least B2/C1 level Dutch, both orally and in writing.
