A procurement advisor is sought for a government organization.
- The assignment is for an experienced advisor who combines substantive expertise with visible impact.
What you will do.
- Independently guide various procurement and tender processes for new construction, renovation, and maintenance.
- Advise stakeholders and managers on appropriate and lawful procedures.
- Assist with the preparation, evaluation, and completion of projects.
- Monitor quality, progress, and agreements made.
- Build strong relationships with internal clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that complex construction and real estate issues move smoothly through the procurement process.
Profile
- Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in preparing, guiding, and completing European, national, and multiple private tenders.
- Within that experience, at least 5 years working on technical procurement issues, for example, related to construction, contracting, utilities, major maintenance, or renovation.
- Demonstrable experience with tender processes within government or semi-government.
- Knowledge of the Public Procurement Act, tender documents, and various award methodologies.
- Familiarity with the supplier market for construction, renovation, and maintenance.
