In a residential area, there is a modern, spacious location with six residences and its own day activities. Fifty people with severe multiple disabilities (EMB) live here and receive support in care, experience, and well-being. The residences are equipped with a sensory garden, snoezel rooms, adapted bathrooms, and smart care technology. You will be part of a dedicated team that collectively provides basic care.
The work is experience-oriented, where the client does as much as possible independently with the support of aids and human-centered technology.
What you do
As an Assistant Supervisor, you are the support and confidant in the daily lives of the residents. You perform household tasks, prepare the evening meal, and ensure a pleasant, warm atmosphere in the home. You interact with clients, answer their questions, and coordinate your activities with the supervisors. In case of illness or vacation, you cover for each other, so the team can always rely on one another.
