You are looking for a varied administrative position with responsibilities. An organization is looking for a planning employee (M/F/X) for a full-time position.
What you do
- You are responsible for drawing up the planning for installations and after-sales service for technicians.
- Based on information from technical surveyors and advisors, you schedule assignments. You listen to needs, urgency, and requirements.
- You will adjust the planning where necessary.
- You are also responsible for organizing freight, site deliveries, lifts, etc., in short, everything needed to successfully complete the planning.
- You are available before and after working hours in case of unforeseen circumstances (illness, accident, etc.) involving the technicians.
Profile
- Through your education/experience, you have built up a technical background.
- You are highly communicative in both Dutch and English. You have a good basic knowledge of French.
- You are familiar with the MS Office Suite and can easily switch between different software programs.
- You are customer-friendly, extremely accurate, and can handle responsibilities well.
- You are flexible and strong in setting priorities.
- You are a team player.
