This educational institution provides secondary special education to young people residing in a juvenile justice institution. What you do
- Advise on the appropriate pedagogical approach and didactic support
- Discuss plans, progress
- Develop policy for the support structure
- Be a member of the guidance committee
- Collaborate with students, parents, educators, and various network partners in education and youth care
- Provide work guidance to colleagues
- Conduct classroom observations
- Be (co-)responsible for the entire process from intake to outflow (warm transfer)
- Be familiar with the PDCA cycle
