As an internal Business Analyst, you make change tangible. You structure questions from the business and ensure that IT can make decisions faster and better. In a complex commercial application landscape, you maintain an overview, establish connections, and look ahead. This way, you help the organization work smarter every day.
What you will do. You will work in a small team with 4 direct colleagues.
- Translate business requests into clear functional and technical requirements, fitting the current demand
- Perform chain-wide impact analyses on processes and applications within the commercial landscape
- Oversee and interpret changes and dependencies within an integrated IT environment
- Identify risks and improvement opportunities in data and application flows
- Support and relieve the Product Owner by taking over (part of) the operational analysis and impact assessment
What they ask
- Several years of experience at the intersection of business and IT
- Demonstrable experience with complex application landscapes, preferably CRM, ATS, or commercial systems
- Technically proficient and experienced with API connections and API calls
- Ability to think across processes and quickly assess the impact of changes
Profile
- Strong analytical skills
- Easily switches between overview and detail
- Takes ownership in discussions with stakeholders
- Experience with Database management
