Behavioral Scientist
Within a municipal organization, there is a temporary peak workload in the field of youth. The number of complex youth cases is increasing, as are the substantive activities resulting from the application of the current youth reform agenda and working with explanatory analyses. There is a need for more support in complex cases, quality assurance, coaching of consultants, and methodological guidance.
The current capacity is insufficient to adequately facilitate the workload, the increasing complexity of cases, and the necessary substantive support. This creates a risk of delays in advice, case handling, and quality development. The temporary hiring of an additional behavioral scientist provides supplementary expertise and capacity. This contributes to ensuring that timely appropriate support can be offered to young people and families and that the quality of services is guaranteed.
