Business Process Expert

A growing organization with a community of passionate experts aims to make the manufacturing industry more sustainable and resilient through the digitalization and automation of production processes. As a process expert, you are driven by technology and improving business processes, with a focus on the functional-technical ERP branch from MS Dynamics 365 Business Central.

What you will do.

• Focus on the essence of ERP implementations.
• Guide projects from a functional-technical perspective, from process analysis to go-live.
• Thoroughly define, analyze, conceive, test & document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into concrete solutions & ensure integration with all applications.
• Support the client & guide end-users through all phases.
• Follow up on configuration and provide workshops, education & training where necessary.
• Align with the client and reconcile different visions and stakeholders to reach a consensus.
• Adopt a simple and pragmatic approach, with a 'boots on the ground' mentality.

• Experience in production, SC, logistics and/or finance is a major asset.
• Experience with ERP migrations & knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics BC or Navision is a plus.
• Enjoy the responsibility of bringing projects to a successful conclusion and fulfilling, even exceeding, client expectations.
• Prefer teamwork, but also work independently to achieve milestones throughout the digital transformation.
• Communicative, able to easily decipher complexities and articulate them simply.
• Thorough knowledge of English in combination with Dutch.
• A hands-on mentality.
