What you do
- Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and delivery priorities.
- Work with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into clear requirements.
- Help define the product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Work closely with technical and data teams throughout delivery.
- Support Agile ceremonies including planning, refinement, and reviews.
- Manage competing priorities and ensure stakeholders remain aligned.
- Help identify opportunities to improve reporting, analytics, and data capabilities.
- Ensure solutions are delivered in line with relevant governance and regulatory requirements.
What they ask
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Data Management, or Agile Delivery.
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience translating business requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Good understanding of data, reporting, analytics, or information management.
- Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Understanding of Data Products and Data Mesh principles.
- Fluent English plus at least one local language (French or Dutch).
Preferences.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Data Warehousing, or cloud analytics.
- Previous experience within banking or financial services.
