For a retail organization, I am looking for an experienced HR Reporting & Analytics Expert for an interim assignment. In this role, you will combine data from various HR systems and translate it into reliable reports, dashboards, and concrete management insights.
What you do
- Analyze HR data and translate it into reports and trend analyses
- Develop and improve dashboards and reports
- Manage and monitor HR master data
- Define data and reporting standards
- Identify and resolve data quality issues
- Support management with actionable insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders in different countries
What they ask
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Very strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI, DAX, Power Query
- Experience with HR data analysis, reporting, ETL
- Experience with large datasets
- Excellent command of English
- Strong analytical and communication skills
