Facilities Project Manager

• Coordinate construction and facilities projects and ensure successful collaboration.
• Organize, facilitate, and lead regular and ad-hoc coordination meetings with clear reporting.
• Report structured on project progress, potential problems, and opportunities.
• Diligently monitor and follow safety procedures, actively propose improvements, and address individuals who do not comply with agreements.
• Align with all construction and technical stakeholders on site, including contractors, internal facilities department, and installers.
• Act as a connecting representative between project management and internal/external stakeholders for transparent and solution-oriented collaboration.
