You will flexibly apply your knowledge as a psychiatrist, supporting colleagues where needed. You are not tied to one department, which gives you the opportunity to apply and expand your knowledge in multiple areas within a familiar environment. In addition to your regular activities, you will contribute to the further development, professionalization, and intensification of collaborations within the organization. There is a possibility to grow into a leadership position.

The complex care department comprises various specialized clinics and an expertise center for neuropsychiatry. Together with day activities and treatment support services, the organization is working on modernizing, making flexible, and innovating complex psychiatry. The organization is part of a larger healthcare institution.
