This role supports an international trading organization's operations, ensuring transactions are legally sound, compliant, and commercially effective. Working closely with teams across commercial, finance, logistics, procurement, and operations, you will provide practical legal guidance on contracts, risk, and regulatory matters, while also contributing to the development of standard contracts, policies, and internal tools.
What you do
- Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of international commercial contracts.
- Identify and advise on legal, contractual, and commercial risks.
- Support internal teams on contract execution, liability, payment terms, delivery, and claims.
- Advise on international trade matters, including Incoterms, logistics, customs, and risk allocation.
- Provide guidance on regulatory and compliance issues, including environmental, ESG, sanctions, and supply chain due diligence.
- Contribute to the standardization of contracts, policies, and legal processes.
- Support resolution of disputes and claims, working with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
- Deliver clear, commercially focused legal advice in a fast-paced, international environment.

You are a pragmatic, solutions-focused legal professional who can balance legal risk with commercial priorities. You communicate clearly with non-legal stakeholders and thrive working across different countries and cultures.
