A local office, a long-standing fixture in the region for decades, professionally manages an insurance portfolio, pension accumulation, home loans, and investments for over 3,000 families and businesses. Due to continuous growth, the team is looking for reinforcement.
What you will do.
- Sales of BOAR and life insurance to both private and business clients.
- Prospecting for new clients.
- Creating, organizing, and following up on commercial actions.
- Organizing seminar sellings.
- Managing existing and new client portfolios, both in the office and at client locations.
Profile
- Minimum Bachelor/Graduate degree.
- Client and team-oriented mindset with a personal approach.
- Good listening skills to translate client needs into solutions.
- Clear, fluent, and professional communication, both verbally and online.
- Flexible, efficient, and proactive.
- Proficient in social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Experience in the insurance sector is a plus.
- Enjoys working independently.
