Teacher LC
An educational organization offers home-based (secondary) special education to children and young people with complex support needs. Students stay temporarily under the motto 'as short as possible, as long as necessary'. The organization has multiple project locations in the south of the Netherlands. Within the projects, building relationships and making connections are central. We work with young people who, for various reasons, cannot (temporarily) participate in regular or special education.
In a trajectory of approximately one year, three disciplines (education, guidance, and treatment) work together with the young person on personal goals. Frequent consultations take place between the disciplines, in which the goals are evaluated and adjusted if necessary.
