Profile
You will implement contract management within framework agreements for infrastructural programs, collaborating with a senior contract manager. Each role holds independent responsibility within the various sub-agreements.
What they ask
- Has not performed a similar role or similar activities within the same department of a government organization in the past 12 months
- Has not been employed by this government organization in the past 24 months
- Minimum HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level OR a completed HBO degree
- Minimum 5 years demonstrable experience as an independently operating Contract Manager, of which at least 2 years on the client side
- In this role, has independently handled contractual, technical, and process-related issues and can substantiate this with concrete examples
- Minimum 2 years demonstrable experience as an independently operating Contract Manager within infrastructural projects
- Demonstrable experience with preparing and executing multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, including at least one movable bridge
- Demonstrable experience participating in a construction team or similar collaborative contracts
- Able to be physically present at the project office at least 1 day per week
- Agrees to submit a Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
Preferences.
- Experience as a contract manager in a client-side role across all phases (planning phase, construction team phase, and execution phase)
- Experience with construction teams or similar collaborative contracts
- Demonstrable experience with technically complex renovation and/or replacement projects within infrastructure, preferably movable bridges
