You will make an impact within one of the largest and most complex IT environments in the Netherlands. You will be responsible for managing complex IT contracts within the material logistics and financial IT domain of a government organization. You will ensure that agreements with suppliers are met, risks are controlled, and contractual objectives are achieved. You will work at the intersection of IT, service delivery, contract management, and stakeholder management.
You will be the connecting link between suppliers, procurement, project teams, management, and other involved parties. With your overview, analytical skills, and results-oriented approach, you will contribute to reliable IT solutions that are essential for the financial and logistical processes of the organization. You will work in an environment where reliability, security, and continuity are crucial. Together with colleagues and partners, you will ensure that IT services meet the needs of the organization.
What you will do.
- At an operational level, you will manage complex IT contracts throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Coordinate tender and procurement processes within the material logistics and financial IT domain.
- Advise on contract strategy, commercial issues, and supplier management.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Draft, analyze, and monitor contractual agreements, KPIs, and performance.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and market developments.
- Advise management and project leadership on strategic choices and contribute to the further professionalization of contract management within the IT department.

- University (Master's) level of work and thinking.
- Experience with contract management within complex organizations.
- Experience with European tenders and procurement processes.
- Knowledge of contract management methodologies such as CATS CM or similar.
- Affinity with IT and enterprise environments, preferably SAP.
- Experience with stakeholder management and supplier relationships.
- Strong advisory, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good command of Dutch and English.
Preferences.
- Experience within the public sector or large Enterprise organizations.
- Knowledge of procurement legislation and governance processes.
Practical

- To be eligible for this position, you must be from a country within the European Economic Area. If this is not the case, you must have a combined permit for residence and work (GVVA).
