You contribute to the daily lives of residents within a care organization by providing proximity and good care. You work collaboratively in a team to create a safe and warm living environment.
What you will do.
- Guide and support adults with visual and multiple disabilities and intensive care and support needs.
- Provide necessary care and assistance with daily activities.
- Create a safe and warm living environment, responding to the individual needs of each client.
- Observe and report important information.
- Ensure proper handover to colleagues.
- Work according to a variable schedule.
Profile
- Preferably hold a diploma in a pedagogical, (para)medical, or care-related field.
- Also eligible with a different diploma, provided you have the right competencies for guidance and care tasks.
- Caring, responsible, and skilled in communication.
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexible and capable of responding well to unexpected situations.
- Experience in care is a plus.
