As an Automotive Diagnostic Technician, you play a key role in precisely identifying and resolving vehicle failures, using advanced diagnostic tools. Your technical expertise contributes to the maintenance, repair, and optimization of modern vehicles, including hybrids and electric models. You work in close collaboration with a passionate team to ensure the safety and efficiency of the vehicles under your care.
What you do
- Perform precise diagnostics
- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on engines, suspensions, transmissions, and other mechanical and electronic components
- Draft clear intervention reports
- Handle complex technical issues in conjunction with manufacturer support
- Actively participate in technical training to stay at the forefront of your profession
- Adhere to safety and quality procedures
- Ensure the organization and cleanliness of your workspace
What they ask
- Solid experience in automotive mechanics (minimum 1-2 years, ideally 2-5 years)
- Proven skills in diagnostics and troubleshooting
- HEV2 certification (obtained or in progress)
- Motivation to develop expertise in hybrid and electric technologies
- Experience with a specific car brand is a plus
- Autonomy, rigor, and sense of responsibility
- Team spirit and aptitude for finding technical solutions
- Higher secondary education diploma or equivalent
- Legal right to work in Belgium
