Electronic Industrialization Manager

The Electronic Industrialization Manager is responsible for transforming electronic prototypes into reliable and industrializable products, compliant with the standards of a high-tech sector. The role involves overseeing the entire industrialization cycle, from component definition to mass production, ensuring the quality, testability, and reproducibility of equipment.

This strategic position is crucial for maintaining rare and critical expertise and has a direct impact on the industrial performance and product quality of an organization.

What you do

  • Supervise the complete industrialization cycle: prototyping, production, assembly
  • Define electronic components, manage specialized purchases and schedules
  • Develop hardware and software testing tools as well as test benches
  • Lead a team of 4 people
  • Ensure compliance with IPC standards and manage non-conformities
  • Perform manual and automated tests with LabVIEW and TestStand
  • Provide technical support and hardware/software troubleshooting
  • Collaborate closely with the design office, including in cases of incomplete files
  • Train and transfer skills to local and international teams
  • Participate in technical meetings and internal/external presentations
  • Contribute to process certification and qualification for series production

Profile

  • Electronics Engineer
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in electronic industrialization
  • Expertise in power electronics, design, assembly, wiring
  • Knowledge of ALTIUM for schematic and PCB design
  • Good knowledge of LabVIEW; internal training possible
  • Knowledge of TestStand ideally
  • Experience in manual and automated tests
  • Proficiency in IPC standards: CID / CID+ for design, IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620 for assembly, wiring
  • Good software notions in addition to hardware
  • Ability to create electronic sub-assemblies and estimate prototyping needs
  • Languages: French and technical English; fluent English not essential
  • Experience in a regulated sector highly desired; experience in aeronautics, automotive, or railway accepted
  • Technical leadership, rigor, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a complex, unstructured environment requiring extreme precision
  • Quick availability and ability to assimilate unique expertise
