Profile
- Suitable diploma according to the Collective Labor Agreement for Childcare (CAO Kinderopvang), such as pedagogical professional, teaching assistant, or sports & movement.
- Or a child-focused HBO or university education (e.g., PABO, pedagogy, educational sciences) with sufficient study credits.
- Good command of Dutch (meeting the IKK language requirement).
- A valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) for registration in the Childcare Personnel Register.
- Previous experience working with children is a plus.
- Strong passion for working with children.
Practical
- Salary in accordance with CAO Kinderopvang scale 6.
- A one-year contract, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent contract upon good performance.
