Within a collaborative government organization, the Information Management team is looking for a temporary WOZ appraiser for a replacement. The team is responsible for implementing the WOZ Act for the affiliated municipalities.
What you will do.
- Perform valuations and revaluations.
- Handle objections.
- Process mutations.
- Maintain contact with citizens and businesses.
- Think customer-oriented and prioritize service.
Profile
- Minimum MBO-4 or HBO level.
- Experience in revaluation and handling objections is a plus.
- Process-oriented thinking: knowledge of market analysis, revaluation, and handling objections.
- Knowledge of the laws and regulations of the WOZ Act.
