For a "Van-Werk-Naar-Werk" (Work-to-Work) trajectory, a government organization is looking for an experienced mobility advisor. The assignment focuses on intensively guiding employees who are in phase 2 and 3 of the Work-to-Work trajectory. The goal is to successfully guide these employees to a suitable next step within or outside the organization. You will work closely with line management, P&O teams, and external parties to achieve sustainable solutions.
You will individually guide employees, support them in increasing their employability, and facilitate the matching process to new positions or employers. You are also expected to contribute to the implementation and use of digital mobility solutions.
What you do
- Drawing up, executing, and monitoring a personal plan of approach per employee
- Active coaching and support of employees in phase 2 and 3 (re-placement/redundancy)
- Actively utilizing networks and opportunities to guide employees to other work
- Guiding the entire work-to-work trajectory and reporting on it periodically
What they ask
- A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in the field of P&O
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a complex government organization with 1250+ employees
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the field of labor mobility, re-placement, career advice, and Work-to-Work trajectories
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience with career coaching and conducting coaching conversations, and thus able to make matches with external guidance

- You clearly demonstrate how your expertise and competencies contribute to the results to be achieved within the described situation
- You describe 2 crucial bottlenecks that may occur in the aforementioned assignment and indicate how you resolve them
- How do you contribute to the professionalization of the organization, what interventions do you bring for assignments as described above?
- Experience with Work-to-Work trajectories in the government sector is a big plus
