What you do
- Perform technical calculations based on applicable standards and design principles
- Translate these calculations into schematic diagrams, block diagrams, overview lists, and working drawings
- Provide content guidance to draftsmen and modelers
- Develop the functional design and specifications into a preliminary design for further project elaboration
- Ensure this is done based on applicable standards, regulations, company standards, and technical frameworks of the components to be used
- Coordinate installations with other disciplines within and outside the organization, both spatially and technically
- Ensure that the execution design is technically and commercially balanced in consultation with stakeholders within the project team
- Identify and process changes and/or deviations and coordinate the necessary actions with the direct supervisor
- Prepare project or product-specific instructions, such as functional descriptions and material specifications
- Provide technical input for testing procedures
- In consultation with assembly, ensure a design that can be realized safely
- All other related tasks arising from the function, such as maintaining technical knowledge and adhering to company-specific guidelines, work instructions

- Experience within data centers, cleanrooms, hospitals, high-tech, or pharma projects
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as a W Engineer
- Dutch language proficiency at 3F level, both spoken and written
