An educational institution is an expertise center for education, research, and community services.
- You will work within the Bachelor of Business Management (PBA BEM) program in the Business and Management expertise network.
- This network is a reference in bachelor's and graduate programs, lifelong learning, and research in the field of (international) business and management.
What you do
- Provide educational activities; support learning processes, assess, and give feedback.
- Together with colleagues, outline goals, determine content, and teaching approach for course units.
- Guide students in acquiring knowledge, insights, attitudes, skills, and competencies in Digital Marketing.
- Collaborate with colleagues from the education team and report to the team leader and respective head of education.
- Undertake tasks related to educational support, such as meetings, exam supervision, and advisory discussions with students.
- Opportunity to be deployed in community service or project-based scientific research.
Profile
- Possess the required subject-specific expertise and continuously develop it in line with the assignment.
- A bachelor's or master's degree is a requirement.
- Coach and guide students, supporting their professional and personal growth.
- Apply didactic expertise to shape the learning environment, aligning objectives, content, and evaluation.
- Contribute positively and constructively to a shared outcome.
- Work results-oriented, formulating challenging but achievable goals.
- Work self-directed, guiding personal performance and growth through reflection.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit by identifying opportunities and proposing actions for improvement or innovation.
- Show flexibility in dealing with unforeseen circumstances and responding to diversity.
- Focus on global citizenship by building and utilizing local and international networks.
- Proficient in the use of common ICT applications.
- Communicative, both written and oral.
- Familiarity with higher education is a plus.
- Meet the language requirements for higher education or be willing to acquire them.
Practical
- Status: Teaching staff, statutory fixed-term.
- Salary scale 316 (professional bachelor) or 502 (master).
- Self-employed (freelance or invoicing) engagement is not possible.
- Previous professional experience relevant to the position can be honored in salary seniority, up to a maximum of 10 years.
- Seniority built up within education will be fully transferred.
- A support trajectory and onboarding process are provided for starting lecturers.
- Full reimbursement of commuting expenses for public transport and a bicycle allowance.
