Building Management Expert

As a building management expert, you are responsible for developing, coordinating, and monitoring the management of the organization's patrimony. You combine vision development with strong operational follow-up of maintenance and projects, ensuring that the infrastructure optimally contributes to quality service delivery. Your main challenges:

• You develop and translate a long-term vision on building management into a concrete management plan
• You coordinate preventive, proactive, and curative maintenance of buildings
• You inventory buildings and installations and keep technical files up-to-date
• You guide construction, renovation, and maintenance projects from design to delivery
• You manage external partners (architects, contractors, engineering firms)
• You monitor the planning, budget, and quality of ongoing projects
• You prepare and follow up on public procurement files
• You provide technical advice to management and internal services
• You act as a point of contact for building managers

• You have an affinity for building management, technology, and project follow-up
• You work systematically and maintain an overview of various files
• You are a strong communicator and collaborate smoothly with various stakeholders
• You are solution-oriented, independent, and take initiative
• You have an eye for quality, safety
• You possess strong administrative and organizational skills
