Infra Advisor

GelderlandHybrid35 hours/week<3months

Do you want to play a key role in the dynamic world of real estate and infrastructure? As an Infra Advisor within a supporting unit, you are the connecting link between operational needs and the realization of modern infrastructural facilities. Whether you already have extensive experience or the ambition to develop in this direction, this role offers a versatile and challenging work environment where your advice and coordination make the difference.

What you do

As an Infra Advisor, you translate organizational and operational developments within a supporting unit into concrete infrastructural solutions. The organization is constantly evolving, with the construction of new facilities, revitalization of existing sites, and realization of temporary storage capacity. Your focus is on advising, supporting, and guiding the internal departments on all their infrastructure and real estate issues.

  • Needs analysis and advice: Support departments in formulating their functional infrastructural wishes and help translate these into clear Programs of Requirements (PVW) and (re)housing plans, taking into account legislation in the field of Health, Safety, and Environment.
  • Balancing interests and prioritization: Assess requests for utility, necessity, and feasibility ('need-to-have' versus 'nice-to-have'). Set priorities and carefully substantiate advice.
  • Process and project guidance: Guide the entire process of planning and realization for adjustments to assigned buildings and infrastructure in close cooperation with the involved department.
  • Chain link and coordination: Act as a link to other departments and external organizations involved in real estate management.
  • On-site relationship management: Travel approximately every two months to the various locations to discuss progress, identify bottlenecks, and clarify needs.
