You make a difference for people with disabilities and work with an interdisciplinary team. You are mobile to provide support in the living groups of an adult care facility.
What you do
- Collaborate with nurses, physiotherapists, and doctors in the medical department of a care institution.
- Provide medical follow-up for at least three living groups.
- Communicate with parents, supervisors, nurses, pharmacists, and doctors.
- Participate in interdisciplinary consultation meetings regarding residents.
- Participate in the on-call service of the medical department nurses (present from 7:30 AM or until 9 PM on weekdays).
- Be willing to become a reference nurse for the target group, covering relevant topics such as hygiene, oral care, vision, resuscitation.
- Provide mobile assistance in the living groups.
Profile
- Nurse responsible for general care or holding a professional bachelor's degree in nursing or HBO5.
- Committed to making a meaningful difference for people with disabilities.
- Convinced of the added value of interdisciplinary work with doctors, supervisors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists.
- Willing to follow both internal and external training and share information with colleagues.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
