- Lead the change assignment for professionalizing the Public Space Management (BOR) team.
- Guide and coach employees with the aim of becoming a self-reliant team, working with craftsmanship and integrity.

- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience within the field of public space.
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience with change management and process management.
- Demonstrable knowledge and/or work experience with visual specifications.
- Demonstrable knowledge and/or work experience working for or with a joint public body.
- BYOD (bring your own device): the candidate must use their own laptop and phone.
- Agree to the stated secondment conditions.
