We are looking for a Backend Technical Lead to strengthen the teams responsible for core business applications. In this role, you act as a technical reference, with direct responsibility for the quality of developments and the support of developers.
What you do
- Guarantee the quality, maintainability, performance, and robustness of backend developments.
- Define, implement, and promote development standards, best practices, and quality tools.
- Perform or supervise code reviews.
- Ensure continuous integration and the application of DevOps best practices, particularly with Azure DevOps and Git.
- Ensure compliance with IT security requirements and secure development practices.
- Support, coach, and develop the team's developers.
- Provide technical support in resolving complex issues.
- Organize and distribute technical tasks within the team.
- Encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in workload estimations and development planning.
- Identify, anticipate, and monitor technical risks.
- Monitor the progress of technical work.
What they ask
- Confirmed experience in backend development and technical team management.
- Excellent command of.Net.NET Core, and the development of RESTful API services, particularly with.Net 8+.
- Very good command of Entity Framework Core, JSON, Git, and Visual Studio.
- Good knowledge of Agile methods and the Azure DevOps environment.
- Strong skills in software architecture, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
- Proficiency in relational databases Oracle 19+ and SQL Server 2016+.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity and secure development.
- Practical knowledge of solutions from the Apache ecosystem for hosting Java solutions.
- Leadership, organizational skills, analytical ability, collaborative spirit, and quality/results orientation.
- Excellent command of French is essential.
- Knowledge of Dutch or English is also an asset.
