Prevention Advisor Level 2

You are part of a construction company. Your regular presence on construction sites is an absolute must to verify the correct implementation of established working methods and agreements. You will be in contact with various stakeholders, such as site and project management, team leaders, employees, and subcontractors.

What you will do.

• Advise and coach the execution teams on construction projects: site and project management, team leaders, employees, and subcontractors.
• Provide safety introductions to new employees.
• Conduct risk analyses and prepare instructions, in consultation with the internal instructor and site management.
• Keep the SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) project plans up-to-date, in consultation with site and project management.
• Evaluate method statements and risk analyses from subcontractors, including guiding them when improvements are needed.
• Identify significant risks on the sites (e.g., high potentials) and work to implement improvements, often in collaboration with project and site management and fellow prevention advisors.
• Support accident and incident investigations.
• Commissioning of work equipment for the sites.
• Contribute to maintaining the VCA system.
