As a Process Manager, you work organization-wide on developing, improving, and securing process management within a public educational institution. You are the expert who helps colleagues make processes transparent, identify bottlenecks, and actually realize improvements. You move easily between strategy and practice, facilitate workshops, and advise management on process governance. You actively engage with the organization, build relationships, and discover where processes can be structured more efficiently.
What you do
- Further develop process management within the organization
- Analyze, optimize, and document organization-wide processes
- Guide improvement projects and create support for process-oriented work
- Advise management and colleagues on process design, governance, and quality improvement
- Manage and further develop the process management tool (Mavim)
- Monitor performance, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Provide reports and internal communication on process management
Profile
You enjoy unraveling complex issues and guiding people through change. You are independent, actively seek collaboration, and know how to connect colleagues around a common goal. You dare to take initiative and feel comfortable in a role where you are given a lot of freedom. In addition, you possess:
- A completed HBO or WO degree, preferably in an economic or business administration direction
- Experience with process management and process optimization
- Experience with a Business Process Management tool, preferably Mavim
- Experience in guiding improvement projects and advising various stakeholders
- Affinity with a complex organization, such as higher education, is a plus
