As an HR consultant, you are the linchpin between flexible employees, various organizations, and colleagues. You are responsible for optimal staff planning, correct HR administration, and maintaining contact with employees and stakeholders. You will work for prominent organizations such as a transport company, a provincial government, educational institutions, a media company, and a municipal government. Together with a dedicated team, you ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Thanks to your overview, structure, and communication skills, you can quickly adapt when schedules change or operational issues arise. No day is the same; one day you organize staff deployment, another day you support employees with contract questions or coordinate with clients regarding staff deployment.
What you will do.
- Prepare, manage, and optimize staff and work schedules.
- Monitor optimal staffing levels for various clients.
- Liaise with managers, stakeholders, and employees regarding planning and deployability.
- Process contracts, mutations, and other HR-related administration.
- Identify bottlenecks in planning and proactively propose solutions.
- Guide and support employees during their assignments.
- Act as the first point of contact for operational and HR-related questions.
- Monitor deadlines, agreements, and administrative processes.
- Contribute to improvements in processes and services.
Profile
- MBO 4 or HBO working and thinking level, preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a comparable study.
- Experience with planning, administration, HR processes, or personnel coordination is a plus.
- You work accurately and maintain an overview, even when pressure increases.
- You are strong organizationally and know how to set priorities.
- You communicate easily with different target groups.
- You are customer-oriented, solution-oriented, and think ahead.
- You enjoy switching between various tasks and stakeholders.
