Manufacturing Engineer

• Assess the manufacturability and technical feasibility of designs, identifying risks, constraints, and optimization opportunities.
• Create and maintain production documentation including technical drawings, CAD models, work instructions, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and ERP master data.
• Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and contribute to root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Optimize designs, materials, and production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance manufacturing performance.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Engineering teams to ensure technical alignment and operational excellence.

What they ask

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, Design Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, technical design, or a similar production-focused role.
• Strong proficiency with CAD software and experience managing BOMs, routings, and technical master data in ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics, or similar).
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, design for manufacturability principles, technical problem solving, and cost estimation within an industrial environment.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and hands-on professional with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
