This position involves a temporary contract for one year.
What you will do.
- Guide clients in group settings with daily activities on and around a day care facility.
- Care for animals: feeding them, mucking out stables, maintaining pastures, and keeping the animals' living environment attractive and stimulating.
- Support clients in their personal development and help them work step-by-step towards goals such as collaboration, taking responsibility, structuring the day, and increasing self-confidence.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as registering and reporting client contacts and ordering materials.
- Contribute ideas for the further development of the day care offerings and adapt activities to the wishes, possibilities, and goals of clients.
- Once every four weeks, feed the animals for one hour on both weekend days, rotating with colleagues.
- Where necessary, support colleagues from an adjacent day care project with client guidance or other tasks.
Profile
- You are an enthusiastic and committed professional.
- You have completed an agogic education at MBO level 4.
- You have an affinity with animals and understand the added value of working with animals within a recovery-oriented day care environment.
- You are flexible, think in possibilities, and dare to take initiative.
- You stand firm and know how to motivate clients.
- You can effectively switch between guiding, organizing, and collaborating.
