The assignment is with a public sector organization that has chosen to house the Broad Support initiative, which helps affected parents and children of the Childcare Benefits Scandal, within a municipal financial institution.
- Through Broad Support, affected individuals are helped to make a new start. Needs are assessed across various life areas to enable this new beginning.
- A plan of approach is developed and executed, and awarded compensation payments are processed.
- The team currently consists of two Broad Support consultants.
What you do
- Organize peer support meetings.
- Reach out to affected parents and children who are not yet known to the organization.
- Handle complex cases.
- Support the two consultants during peak periods or when assistance is needed for stalled support processes.
Profile
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to switch quickly.
- Strong communication skills, important for approaching affected individuals.
- Political sensitivity is important due to the focus on the target group of the Childcare Benefits Scandal.
- Close collaboration with the team of two Broad Support consultants, providing support as needed.

- Minimum one year of work experience as a project leader.

- Willingness to be present at least 50% at the office location.
