Frontend Developer

As a Frontend Developer, you will work in a professional, experienced, and driven Agile team on development and management activities for various services and generic software components. You will focus on both frontend and management tasks. Various frontend applications/viewers are being developed, including systems for improving geographical maps and management applications.

What you will do.

• Develop code and set up automated (unit) tests based on user stories in bi-weekly sprints.
• Collaborate closely with the scrum team and contribute to other tasks such as testing, usability/UX questions, or production support.
• Work well with business representatives and contacts from other departments of the organization.
• Realize stories, automate unit tests, and perform code reviews.
• Participate in Scrum / DevOps sessions with the Product Owner and users for robust solutions.
• Conduct impact analyses and participate in planning sessions.
• Further automate the software development process, including deployments, where necessary.
• Address issues related to usability/UX and accessibility (WCAG).

What they ask

• Fluent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 5 years demonstrable knowledge and experience with software development.
• Minimum 5 years demonstrable knowledge and experience with Agile/Scrum.
• Minimum 5 years demonstrable knowledge and experience with Angular.
• The CV and motivation must be written by the candidate themselves and in Dutch.

Wishes.

• Knowledge and experience with OpenLayers.
• Knowledge and experience with map/GEO material in a 3D viewer.
• Knowledge and experience with the development of generic components.
• Knowledge and experience with WCAG guidelines.
