Marketing & Social Media Manager

• Develop and manage the content strategy for Instagram and LinkedIn, adapting content to each platform.
• Create and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Develop recognizable content formats and recurring themes.
• Create and publish posts, carousels, Stories, and Reels.
• Write compelling English copy.
• Turn existing luxury travel content, hotel imagery, and partnerships into engaging storytelling.
• Proactively gather relevant input and content from the internal team.
• Monitor performance and continuously optimize based on results.
• Develop online marketing campaigns and initiatives, both on and beyond social media.
• Contribute ideas to strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and positioning.
• Help translate commercial opportunities into relevant marketing concepts and content.

What they ask

• Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Comfortable working with tools such as Canva or similar content creation platforms.
• Confident creating both visual and written content.
• A natural eye for detail, aesthetics, and premium branding, particularly within the luxury hospitality industry.
• Works independently, proactively, and in an organized way.
• Experience in marketing, social media, content, or branding (professionally, through freelance projects, internships, or own work).
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Able to work from one of the organization's offices one day per week.
