Practical
- This is a temporary appointment with the prospect of a permanent appointment.
- From 2025, employees will receive holiday pay and an end-of-year bonus via an Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 16.33 percent of the salary.
- The IKB can be used for:
- Exchange of the commuting allowance (maximum 15 percent of the salary).
- The monthly difference between the allowance for personal transport costs for commuting and the fiscal maximum.
- A bicycle for personal use, including accessories and bicycle insurance.
- A computer that can also be used for work or study, including accessories and computer insurance.
- A battery or electrical components for a bicycle.
- Payment of trade union contributions.
- A government organization expects to further expand the possibilities of the IKB in the future.
- A government organization is globally deployable for peace and security and actively seeks diverse colleagues.
- Employees falling under the target group of the Employment Agreements Act are also invited to respond.
- Your application documents will be destroyed no later than three months after the completion of the selection procedure.
- In accordance with internal procedures, employees with an employment contract with the organization are considered first. External interested parties are considered if no suitable internal candidate can be selected.
