A dynamic architectural firm located in a specific region is looking for an architect with initial professional experience to join its growing team. You are looking for a human-sized workshop where you can experience all facets of the profession and develop your skills.
What you will do. Under the supervision of experienced architects, you will actively participate in the development of various projects (individual housing, renovations, tertiary projects):
- Design & Drawing: Participation in preliminary design, study, and 3D modeling phases.
- Urban Planning: Preparation and follow-up of urban planning permit application files.
- Execution Files: Drafting specifications, quantity surveys, and preparing detailed plans.
- Site Monitoring: Assistance with site supervision and participation in meetings with clients and contractors.
Profile
- Education: Master's degree in Architecture.
- Experience: You have initial practical experience (validated end-of-study internship or 1 to 2 years of office experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in drawing software (AutoCAD, SketchUp or equivalents) and the Adobe suite.
- Regulations: Good knowledge of Walloon and/or French urban planning standards.
- Qualities: Rigorous in follow-up, autonomous, with a good team spirit, and motivated.
- Mobility: Driving license B (travel to construction sites in the region).
