As a Youth Care Worker A, you work with families facing complex problems and entrenched patterns. You work ambulant, using a system-oriented and orthopedagogical approach. You bring clarity, structure, and safety, and take the lead in the treatment process. Together with the family and the informal and formal network, you work towards sustainable change and a safe upbringing for the child or young person.

Your Main Tasks.

• You draw up a multidisciplinary plan of approach together with the family/system and translate this into concrete goals and actions.
• You can manage the implementation of the family plan.
• You guide and act in crisis situations, including multi-sided partiality, fighting divorces, or the risk of out-of-home placement.
• You maintain an up-to-date file, with reports and an ongoing treatment plan.
• You can exercise substantive control over the implementation of the plan within a coercive and/or forced legal framework. You proactively collaborate with youth protection and other involved aid organizations.

• HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level, preferably in a relevant direction such as Social Work, SPH, or MWD.
• You have a Post-HBO diploma in Intensive Ambulatory Family Treatment (IAG). This is required for the position.
• You have extensive experience working as an IAG practitioner and can work systemically and methodically based on this experience and knowledge.
• You have relevant experience working within a coercive and/or forced framework.
• You are flexibly deployable and, if the family situation requires it, available during evenings and/or weekends.
• You have a committed, professional attitude with an eye for child safety, the reporting code, and sustainable change.
• You are team-oriented, make an active contribution to the team, and enjoy collaborating with starting family coaches on casework.
• You have an affinity with the values of the organization.

• Salary according to the Social Work collective labor agreement, scale 9 (€ 3,611 to € 5,705 based on 36 hours).
• Individual Choice Budget (IKB) – 17%, including 8.0% holiday pay and 8.3% year-end bonus, freely usable for extra income, leave, or development.
• Career Budget (LBB) – 1.5%, to be spent on sports, training, or personal growth.
• Leave – 144 statutory + 26 extra-statutory holiday hours (for full-time employment), vitality hours from age 30, and 9 weeks of 100% paid parental leave.
• Travel allowance – You receive a mileage allowance or use the bicycle plan or an NS-Business Card.
• Employment – A one-year contract with a view to permanent employment.
