The office is located in a fully renovated and listed mansion, built in eclectic style at the beginning of the last century. The interior is contemporarily furnished and features spacious, bright workspaces with panoramic views. The office is easily accessible by public transport, and numerous public parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity. It offers a beautiful view of two large parks, with many cozy bars and pop-ups nearby.

The office garden was recently completely redesigned, with special attention to ecological sustainability and a pleasant, green environment for lunch.

The office also has the infrastructure to enable structured remote work. Office software includes Acta Libra. All necessary legal sources and models are available, including E-notariaat, Kluwer InView Legal, Kluwer Libra, and Notarieel Repertorium. The organization strongly believes in adapting to current developments in Artificial Intelligence and actively integrates AI tools into its daily legal practice to make its services even more efficient and human.

The team consists of 10 employees, including two notaries. A professional work environment is offered, focusing on personal growth, employee development, and a healthy work-life balance. You will join a predominantly young team, where the necessary experience is also present to guide you. Great importance is attached to a good atmosphere in the office, smooth communication, and numerous team activities.

To maintain a perfect “zen attitude,” there is the possibility to attend 1 hour of yoga per week with a professional at the office.   • Independently manage files, with administrative support for research and requests preceding and following the signing of the deed

Profile

  • Master in Notarial Law with relevant experience
  • A true team player and communicative
  • Flexible and practical, able to set priorities
  • Sense of responsibility and striving for the best results
  • Possess the necessary organizational skills and be able to work in a structured manner to meet deadlines
  • Dutch or French-speaking, with a good knowledge of the second national language
  • Open to and preferably familiar with AI tools and digital innovation within legal practice
