What you do
- Leading SAP system upgrades, migrations, or transformation projects.
- Identifying, managing, and coordinating cross-functional technical dependencies.
- Performing project planning, risk and issue management, governance, and delivery management.
- Bridging technical and business requirements and driving projects to successful completion.
What they ask
- Solid experience in SAP technical project management, preferably with S/4HANA.
- Proven experience leading SAP system upgrades, migrations, or transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, business stakeholders, SAP, and external partners.
- Strong ability to identify, manage, and coordinate cross-functional technical dependencies.
- Experience with project planning, risk and issue management, governance, and delivery management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a pragmatic and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience working in complex, international environments.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP.
- Technical background combined with extensive experience as a Project Manager.
- Proven ability to effectively manage and engage with a wide range of stakeholders at different levels within an organization.
- Significant relevant work experience in complex project environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
